How SAIPS is governed
Accountable leadership
The Board provides strategic direction for SAIPS and holds the school’s leadership to account for the quality of education, the safety and wellbeing of pupils, and the responsible management of resources.
- Setting the school’s vision, ethos and strategic priorities
- Overseeing safeguarding, health and safety and compliance
- Approving budgets and monitoring financial sustainability
- Supporting and challenging the Headteacher and leadership team
